Experience Gift Ideas For the Whole Family

The holidays are quickly approaching and with it brings the stress of what to buy. Gift-giving is supposed to be an expression of how you feel for the other person but sometimes it is hard to come up with ideas when you don’t want to add stuff to someone’s space or if you have family members who do not want more stuff. So, what do you do?

Experience gifts are the best gifts! You get to give someone the gift of doing something fun, new, or exciting. It can be a group activity where you participate in the experience with them. You can take a family trip instead of buying a bunch of little items. The memories that experiences create are much more lasting than the latest toy. What kids what more than anything is quality time. Here are some of my favorite experience gifts for the entire family. Add a comment to let me know what else you’d add to the list!

I love all of these ideas and we have gifted several of them and have received them as well. We had a membership to a local farm for a few years, it was so awesome to be able to go there all year long, pick the fruits and vegetables and really get to enjoy the farm for a full year. The gift lasted so much longer than just Christmas morning. This year ask your family if they’d like an experience gift, I bet you’d be surprised at their answer. Quality time is the most precious thing to me, so I think that investing time with the people you love is priceless.
